Welcome to another edition of Pictorial Musings!
An Amphibious Car on dry land!
A genuine notice outside a cafe in High Wycombe!
Spotted by my wife first, some interesting architecture on a shop in High Wycombe. At some time it may have been a butchers shop?
Spotted this Liberace character in a shop window, cannot remember where now!
Some lovely old children’s books in a local bookshop.
Aren’t clouds lovely? Well as long as they don’t rain on us of course!
The sunset from a car window!
A gardener with a very appropriate name!
Who could imagine that these would become obsolete! Three sealed videos turned up in a local charity shop. A ghastly tape wrap system, replaced by an equally flawed so called indestructible DVD.
The stage is set at the Wycombe Swan Theatre for the Blues Brothers show, which was very good indeed
This plant Crocosmia, which is growing in my garden reminds me of my mothers mother affectionately called Nanny. She had a large bed of this cheerful plant growing outside her back door when I was young.
Our local WH Smith’s sells American and other highly coloured sweets and chocolates!
I do hope that this young girl is not going to treat her youngsters like this!
To end a mother pig and some piglets asleep.
Sorry couldn’t resist signing off with this song………………………….
