I recently made a request for a Talk Talk installation at a new address which does not have Virgin Cable.
I found out the hard way why they call the organisation Talk Talk. They phoned me back about 6 times after placing the order.
Virgin have customer services in India, Talk Talk in South Africa.
I find the South African accent difficult at times on a distorted line that you get at Talk Talk.
I hope their Internet is better than their customer services!
Please bring back UK Call Centres in London, not Scotland or Wales!
