I went to one of my favourite Italian Restaurants. Zaza, in Rickmansworth yesterday lunch time. I ordered from their as much as you can eat meal for £5.95. I had my usual lasagna which is normally delicious. Much to my surprise this time it was laden with mozarella cheese, and pasta, but very little meat. I know that there is a recession, but was this a mistake by the chef or a craft way boosting profits. I shudder to think how much saturated fat my heart received due to this. I will avoid this dish in future. To balance this my table also had a perfect spaghetti bolognaise with meat.
