I have been without Virgin Cable TV totally for over a week and they now quote that it will not be repaired until the 28th. Their status checker online makes no mention that there is a total outage of television in the West Middlesex area.
Come on Virgin I appreciate you may have serious technical problems but at least make sure that your customers are kept advised properly.
Thankfully they are giving me credit for two weeks without television. I cannot get ITV on freeview here due to poor reception, so have to watch it on analogue tv. I especially miss their excellent on demand catch up tv service.
I have been a customer of theirs for over 6 years and have had nothing but praise for them. If they shifted their call centre from India communications may well improve!
